All TEN53 products are made to order to help reduce overproduction. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Orders may be changed or canceled if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or Instagram DM, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of your order and include photos of the damage. Once reviewed, a replacement may be sent at no additional cost.

TEN53 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance locating the package.

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
